How Taylor Miller Incorporated Her Very Own Jewelry Company Into Her Wedding Day

This week we shared Taylor Miller and Alex Turner’s wedding as our Real Wedding of the week. In the story we mentioned that Taylor is a jewelry designer—she began her  line, Hazen & Co., at the ripe old age of 9. With years honing her eye for detail, it’s no surprise that such a level of intention would impact her wedding. “Details are part of my job,” she says. “Doing that for our wedding planning process was fun and kind of an adventure.”

She worked to incorporate things she loves from different artists, individuals, and brands—from artist and bridesmaid Taelor Fisher’s pillows at the reception to Emily McCarthy’s monogram design. The bride herself designed the pieces that each bridesmaid wore in her hair, as well as their earrings and necklaces. The bride, her mother, and her flower girl all wore pieces from Hazen & Co.’s bridal line, which launched the week after the wedding.
